Women Empowerment

The V-Mart CSR believes that women’s empowerment is essential to every society’s socioeconomic progress.
It’s indeed essential to educate women about their rights and build confidence in them in order to empower them.
They must be skilled in order to better support their family at home as well as professionally.

  • Creating a Women’s leadership and Mother’s committee.
  • Holding meetings to discuss various social and economic issues.
  • Educating women about their rights.
  • Developing skills to generate income and improve employability.
  • Ensuring financial education to take independent decision.

Empowering women should first start with the right education and the right set of skills that give them confidence to express their ideas and

creative thoughts. We want every woman to leave her house, pursue a career, and become financially self-sufficient. We encourage women to speak up about their concerns, and each voice should be heard and appreciated.
